1. Perform Signal Integrity (SI) testing, debugging, and failure analysis for high-speed overpass
products.
2. Maintain testing equipment and coordinate with vendors to resolve any equipment-related
issues.
3. Collaborate with the SI team to transfer test setups from NPI to mass production.
4. Train and guide SI Technicians on SI testing procedures and best practices.
5. Report progress and production line SI testing issues to the U.S. team, ensuring effective
communication in both spoken and written English

1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering or Communication
Engineering.
2. Technical Knowledge: Familiar with signal integrity (SI) and transmission line theory.
3. Testing Skills: Proficient in SI testing using VNA, PNA, PXI, and TDR equipment.
4. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
5. Language Skills: Good command of English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing
