TEST PROCESS ENGINEER

Test Process Engineer Experience
Provides technical support to Test Manufacturing Operations and guidance on process implementation – Issue SOP, Support technician to solve issues in production
Conduct analysis to attain optimum yield and superior product quality
NPI setup : project leading, test machine buyoff, test process
Test process & system improvement : yield/quality/productivity enhancement
Test S/W&H/W management : test program, test fixtures
Communication with other teams : Tracking of information on the SiPs, Checking test results.
Clear and comfortable communication with customer in English
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING FAILURE ANALYSIS (EEFA TEST)

Design circuit of evaluation board
Bring up, Validation
Create procedures and tests to understand how to work the DUT
Clearly compile validation results into reports
Failure analysis of SiP related Audio, BT, Wi-Fi
Create hypothesis driven tests based on failure symptoms
Identification of power leakage, incorrectly stuffed parts and PCB
Communication with other teams
Tracking of information on the SiPs
Checking test results
Programming automation script by Python and LabVIEW

1. Educational background:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics and Information Technology Engineering
2. Experiences:

More than 3 years’ experience of Electrical, Electronics and Automation Engineering/ Digital/Analog/RF circuit analysis and design
Preference Experience in Semiconductor or EMS(Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry 
3. Skills:

Test Engineer

English Communication Skill mandatory
Experience in FCT/ICT, Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
Experience with basic programming knowledge
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation
Good attitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution finding.
EEFA Engineer

H/W knowledge & analysis skills
Capable of schematic and PCB layout
Passive, Active IC like MOSFETs, Amplifiers, LCR, LDO, Flash, PMIC, AP
Protocol (SPI/QSPI/I2C/UART/USB/PDM/TDM/PCIe)
Trouble shooting (EMI problem)
RF knowledge & analysis skills
Familiarity with RF system, instruments (LightPoint, Spectrum Analyzer)
Familiarity with MCU or FPGA firmware & Python script
Working knowledge of equipment & tooling
Power Supply, SMU, Oscilloscope, IV Curve, TDR, VNA
